AOSC office was established in 2014 and the specialized management ministry: Science and Technology licensed the operation. Through its efforts and desire for international integration in the field of accreditation, in 2019, AOSC Office fully met the conditions and became an official member of the Asia-Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC), full member of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC).

The AOSC office is the second unit in Vietnam to sign an APAC/ILAC-MRA mutual recognition agreement for ISO/ IEC 17025 accreditation program and ISO 15189 accreditation program. AOSC office provides science and technology services for conformity assessment in the following fields:

  • Accreditation of testing/calibration laboratories in conformity with ISO/IEC 17025 and valid of certificate is 60 months from the issued date;
  • Accreditation of medical laboratories in conformity with ISO 15189 and valid of certificate is 60 months from the issued date;
  • - Train the quality management system for laboratories, calibration and medical laboratories.

    To ensure the quality of accreditation services, AOSC has fully implemented its quality management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 17011:2017 and aiming to mutual recognition agreement on accreditation by regional accreditation cooperation and international accreditation forum. AOSC always strives to improve and improve the capacity of the organization that has reached the signing of the ILAC-APAC / MRA Mutual Recognition Agreement and reach out to customers in ASEAN and member countries.
